    2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Premium | The Elevated Flagship | Sharp & Technical
Step into a new era of Mazda performance with the 2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Premium. Branded as a Crafted Masterpiece, this CX-90 trades the soft curves of the past for a long-hood, rear-biased stance that looks more like a high-performance German grand tourer than a standard family SUV. This CARFAX One-Owner, Clean CARFAX vehicle at Wildcat Chevrolet is a local standout, meticulously Well Maintained and packed with cutting-edge tech.

Powered by Mazda’s all-new 3.3L Turbocharged Inline-6 engine with a 48V Mild Hybrid system, it delivers a smooth 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a new 8-speed automatic, this AWD flagship provides an athletic, driver-first feel that is sophisticated, bold, and decidedly less girly.

    Precision Performance & AWD Confidence
The CX-90 is built on a specialized rear-biased platform, giving it the balance and handling of a sports sedan in a three-row body.

Rear-Biased i-ACTIV AWD®: Standard full-time all-wheel drive shifts power to the rear wheels for a more athletic takeoff and sharper cornering.

Kinematic Posture Control (KPC): This tech subtly brakes the inner rear wheel in corners to pull the body down, keeping this large SUV flat and stable through every turn.

Maximum Utility: Unlike lower trims, the Turbo Premium features a dedicated Towing Mode and a massive 5,000 lbs towing capacity when properly equipped.

    Technical Luxury & Virtual Tech
The interior is branded as a Quiet Sanctuary, focusing on high-end materials and futuristic displays.

Heads-Up Display (HUD): Projects your speed, navigation, and safety alerts directly onto the windshield so you never take your eyes off the road.

Bose® Centerpoint® Surround: A premium 12-speaker Bose audio system tuned specifically for the CX-90’s cabin acoustics.

Panoramic Command: Features a massive Power Panoramic Moonroof and a Hands-Free Rear Power Liftgate for easy loading of gear.

Leather Craftsmanship: Relax in Heated Black Leather seating with Memory Settings for the driver and three-zone automatic climate control for all three rows.

    Mazda i-Activsense Safety
Mazda’s most advanced safety suite comes standard, acting as an extra set of eyes for your family.

Smart Assistance: Includes Blind Spot Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Lane-keep Assist.

Parking Precision: Equipped with Front and Rear Parking Sensors and an HD Rear Backup Camera to help navigate tight spaces.

Connected Services: Features Mazda Connected Services and Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto to keep your life synced on the go.

We are thrilled with our car!! It is luxurious, yet flexible and comfortable. It's absolutely GORGEOUS and drives like a dream. Its fully loaded with things we didn't know we needed!! Our favorite part is that its rated higher than the competition in many areas. WOW! It is truly an amazing vehicle!

Great vehicle. Would by again. Fun, very comfortable for long and short drives. Great sound system. PHEV saves a lot of money on gas. Love it.
    • Great SUV Hindered by Innumberable Flaws

Pros: 1) Fastastic handling (considering vehicle size) and smooth brisk acceleration from the big in-line six. 2) Styling - great looking vehicle. 3) Interior craftmanship is top notch - no rattles at 4,000 miles. 4) Towing capacity. Cons: 1) Four trips to dealership so far in 4,000 miles - none for regular maintenance. Two recalls and three voluntary "Special Service Program" fixes for our Turbo S Premium model. Towed in once after vehicle went into a safe mode where it wouldn't go faster than 10 MPH and threw five or six different error messages. 2) driver recognition system only works intermittently - when it fails, default is inexplicably to "Guest" versus "Driver 1," causing you to lose all your settings. You also have to give it 10-15 seconds to work (this is a really long time when you want to get somewhere expeditiously). 3) I am 5' 10" and I hit my head on the rear gate at max height if I don't duck down. I've never had this problem with any SUV before. 4) walk away lock only works intermittently, rendering the feature useless. Must press the button on the key fob for certainty. 5) very minimal storage for driver - a shallow center console and the door - that's it. 6) parking sensors seem to work intermittently, rendering the system untrustworthy - system doesn't reliably sense low items (e.g., old 10" curbs) or narrow items (e.g., poles) like our other vehicles do. 7) "i-stop" shuts down the engine at stop lights, etc. - reengagement is very noticable and unrefined to the point of comment from passengers. The i-stop cannot be permanently turned off - resets every time the car is started. 8) Premier towing package brake controller is mounted above your left knee - with predictable adverse consequences. 9) switch for hazzards is directly in front of the touch screen where your palm wants to rest as you engage the screen - we've inadvertently turned on the flashers several times as a result. 10) finally, after a remote start, the vehicle turns off when you open the door (for safety reasons apparently). This is our third vehicle with remote start, and the first with this nonsensical "safety feature" - yes, you really must restart the car a second time every time you use remote start. The list is longer, but you get the idea. Great car to actually drive - a shame the details are a not very well executed.
